Residents of Le Marais are advised the lift that goes to the even floors in Block G will be out of service from Monday 29th September to commence the second phase of modernisation works. Our contractors on site KONE indicate that the lift will be out of service for 10 weeks.
The lift that goes to the odd floor numbers in block G is back in service following its modernisation works and will remain in service while the even floor lift is being upgraded.
We are conscious of the issues some residents have with using the stairs. If you are experiencing any difficulties please contact our Client Service Team 500700.
